At Restaurant Remouladen Vejle we offer a dynamic and grounded culinary approach strongly rooted in Danish and French traditions. To us, flavour is paramount no matter where we source our inspiration. On the menu, you will find all our own favourites – and they each enjoy our undivided attention. Organic farming and animal welfare are very important values to us. We have strong convictions when it comes to sourcing produce and about the environment but we are not fanatic. We love Danish ingredients, preferably from the local area – but only if this is where we find the best produce. Once a week, we send a vehicle to Paris to source world-class specialties and vegetables. Flavour is paramount. We are located at Vejle Marina close to Bølgen and Fjordenhus.
