A la carte restauranten 1401 Food&Friends byder på bl.a. på de velkendte sprøde pizzaer på egen surdej fra bageriet og en sliders menu. Sliders er små lækre og delikate burgere, som man kan vælge flere forskellige af og derved få en bredere smagsoplevelse end den klassiske store burger. Til at supplere menuen serverer vi høje håndmadder til frokost og salater hele dagen. Konceptet ligger op til, at man kan dele maden, hvilket er i synergi med det, man ellers kender fra 1401-konceptet.

Vores filosofi er at servere inspirerende og visuelt lækker mad af gode råvarer og i videst muligt omfang at benytte os af lokale råvarer for derved at støtte lokale producenter.

A luxury coffee roastery in Vejle’s Latin Quarter. Since 2013, we have roasted coffee from our own coffee farm in Ecuador. We also sell coffee from other countries and offer many varieties, mostly as whole beans.

We are located at Fabrikanterne in Vejle Midtpunkt. Fabrikanterne has partnered with 86 Danish designers to offer an inspiring and innovative environment. So here we meet for coffee and Danish design.

Anduma Vinbar is a small authentic wine bar – a cosy and relaxed oasis in the middle of Vejle close to the town’s restaurants, theatre and cinema. The wine bar is located a short walk from the pedestrian street and is hosted by passionate enthusiasts. We offer an extensive list of wines from most of the world, including a large selection of wine by the glass. In addition to wine, we also serve snacks and light dishes of charcuterie, cheese, tapenade, olives and house-baked bread. We are familiar with all our wines and are always ready to help you find the perfect glass or bottle. We hope you will enjoy a pleasant visit and an outstanding taste experience.

BLAS is an Irish/Danish family-run microbrewery. We are located in Randbøl’s old cooperative dairy, right by the Ancient Road where Vejle Valley meets the heath. We brew on a small manual brewing system, which allows us to do what we love: to experiment and test new, interesting beer recipes. Come by our bottle shop or book a beer tasting with us. 

The atmosphere is informal, the tastes are great and the prices affordable. At Byens Café you enter a cosy ambiance and can enjoy menu choices skilfully prepared with fresh seasonal produce. Also keep an eye on our music calendar featuring concerts by celebrated Danish musicians.

Bøgedal Brew is the only commercial brewery in the world to follow an old Danish brewing tradition from before industrialisation. Namely, the brewing of so-called “godtøl” – a strong, very rich beer with great residual sweetness. Such beer was brewed on farms around Denmark until the last century. Bøgedal Brew is Scandinavia’s only all-gravity brewery. Here, the beer runs from vessel to vessel using a hoist rather than pumps. At Restaurant Børkop Vandmølle you can choose from many delicious menus. We follow the seasons, so you always enjoy fresh ingredients at the right time of year. We offer delicious brunch, lunch and evening menus. If your appetite is limited, you can also order a single dish. CHAMPAGNESHOPPEN (The Champagne Shop) started as a hobby after a number of trips to Champagne that opened our eyes to the difference between the big-brand wine houses and small winemakers who make own-name champagnes.

We decided that this was an experience more Danes should enjoy. We import labels we like ourselves and which are made by people whom we like. We have a passion for the wine called champagne as well as the people of North Eastern France. We select the winegrowers with great care. All are small wine houses where the entire production from grapes to finished bottles is managed by the owner. We give emphasis to sustainability and the personality of the champagnes.

We sell the wines via our webshop, but also from the premises. Please call or write before arrival. We will be happy to guide you to the right choice.
